For the majority of online orders we use the Royal Mail as our chosen delivery service. For larger ‘bulk’ orders, we may arrange a courier at our discretion. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day that the order is received. The ‘cut off’ time for processing orders is usually around 2pm so, if your order is received after this time, your order will be shipped the following working day. Occasionally, there may be shipping delays for reasons beyond our control. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within this timescale, we will notify you via email. All orders will be shipped via either 1st or 2nd Class post or the international equivalent so delivery can usually be expected within 1-3 days (mainland UK) and 3-7 days (EU) following dispatch.
Upon creating an order, a final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. This will be based upon the entire weight and value of the contents in your shopping basket and will be shown as a separate cost on your order. At present, we do not offer any expedited shipping options.
We deliver to mainland UK and the whole of the European Union which includes: Ireland, Germany, France, Greece, Italy & Spain. For shipping costs and availability outside the EU, please contact us.
We will obtain a postage receipt for all shipments in order to track a consignment and we may send items via a more secure method, for example via Recorded or Special Delivery, at our discretion. If your order does not arrive within the expected timescale, in the first instance, please contact us directly using our contact form.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order or you have ordered the incorrect item(s) by mistake, we operate a 14 day ‘no quibble’ returns policy and will provide a full refund providing that the products are unopened, complete, unused and sealed in their original packaging. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and is not applicable to any claim made under our individual product guarantee.

Once the item(s) are received back into our warehouse within the appropriate timescale, we will carry out a thorough inspection of the goods and, providing that our returns criteria is met (see above), we will issue a refund via the same method that was used to make payment (credit / debit card or PayPal). This refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving the goods but may take a little longer to appear on your statement due to banking limitations. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item(s) are either damaged or incorrect and remains liable for the goods until they are back in our possession. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
